The Security and Human Rights Monitor (SHR Monitor) provides regular updates on developments relevant to the OSCE mandate in the form of concise articles that are focused on policy advice and that contain a clear opinion. The Security and Human Rights Monitor complements the longer, more academic articles of the Security and Human Rights Journal.
As of June 2016, the Security and Human Rights Monitor has replaced what used to be the blog of the SHR website. The Security and Human Rights Monitor welcomes guest contributions from experts on issues relevant to the OSCE mandate. To submit an article to the SHR Monitor, please use the following email address: email@example.com
The Web Editor-in-Chief of the SHR Monitor is Stephanie Liechtenstein.
